My Garden

We planted a potted garden this year. Right now I have, 2 green peppers, 2 Red peppers, 2 zucchini, 2 tomato, 2 cucumber, rosemary, basil, thyme, chives, oregano, cilantro, 2 lavender, and a Shasta Daisy plant. It has made me feel a little more independent from the grocery store and more like a pioneer. Although, I am really glad that I can just buy meat from the store!

I'm so glad I saw this!! I already went and got my buckets to transfer my plants. I can't wait to see if my garden will grow like yours!

It looks so pretty already. Is that your yard? I love gardens and it's so nice to just go out and pick the herbs, veggies, fruit right out your back door.

If the point is to feel like a Pioneer I could just FedEx you one of my worn out Trek bonnets. Less work to wear it around. :)
Remember the time we were going to grow tomatoes in a pot in Provo? Hope this little garden doesn't suffer the same fate.

What a fabulous idea using those buckets - and it looks like everything is growing well. I think I'm gonna give that a try to. Thanks for the idea:)

Tehlusky- you were probably the only one in the pre-earth life that cried when you found out you had to live in this century of convenience rather than be a pioneer.
